Questions

What's the difference between Essentials and the Full course?

Essentials is the complete core course: every module across all five stages, the prompt library, the toolkit and your certificate. The Full course adds the playbook for your type of business (trades, e-commerce or legal) and a month of community support with a small-group call. You can upgrade from Essentials later and just pay the difference.

Is this live or self-paced?

Self-paced. Each module is a set of short lessons with a hands-on task, and a new stage opens each week so you build one system at a time. Alongside that you get the community and a small-group call each month, capped at 15 people so everyone gets their question answered.

What happens after the first month?

You keep the course for good. On the Full course, community support and a small-group call are included for your first month; after that (or any time on Essentials) they come with the optional Academy membership at £49 a month, which you can cancel online at any time.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can use email and a spreadsheet you can follow it. Where a module uses an automation or an API, we give you the template and show every click.

Will I need to pay for other tools?

Some modules use paid tools (an AI subscription, an outreach sender, an SEO data API). We show free or low-cost options wherever they exist and the realistic monthly cost of each.

Can I cancel?

The membership can be cancelled online at any time from your account and stops at the end of the month you've paid for. For the course, you choose at checkout to start immediately, which means the usual 14-day cancellation right for digital content no longer applies once you have access — the checkout explains this before you pay.

Is the email outreach legal?

The outreach module starts with UK rules (PECR and UK GDPR): who you can email without consent, who you can't, and what every email needs. It's education, not legal advice, but it's built to keep you on the right side of the rules.
