Terms

1. Who we are

Cybrial Academy is provided by Cybrial [legal entity name, company number, registered address, VAT number].

2. What you buy

Each course is sold as a one-off purchase, on the plans shown on its page. At the time of writing:

You keep access to a course's recorded content for as long as the Academy runs. Where a course offers an upgrade, you pay the difference and any included support starts on the day you upgrade.

The membership (£49 a month inc. VAT, optional): community support answered within one working day, Monday to Friday; one seat per calendar month on a small-group call of up to 15 people (unused seats don't roll over); access to call recordings. It renews monthly until you cancel.

3. Your right to cancel

If you buy as a consumer you normally have 14 days to cancel. At checkout you agreed to the following:

[Solicitor: set out the cancellation process, proportionate charge for services provided, and refund timescales.]

4. Cancelling the membership

You can cancel online at any time from your Account page. Your membership then ends at the end of the month you've paid for. [Solicitor: align with the DMCC Act 2024 subscription rules — reminder notices and renewal cooling-off — once in force.]

5. Using the materials

[Licence for your own business use; no resale or sharing of logins or videos; who owns templates and AI outputs.]

6. Community and calls

[Acceptable use, moderation, call recording and consent, removal for abuse.]

7. Education, not advice

The Academy teaches marketing methods. It is not legal, tax or financial advice, and results depend on your business, market and effort. [Results disclaimer to sit next to any claims.]

8. Liability, changes and complaints

[Limits of liability, how we update the course, complaints process, governing law (England and Wales).]
